The Simpson strong tie post base was ideal for nominal 6x6 treated posts. However it was difficult to find 5/8 inch J anchor bolts, so I ended up using standard 5/8 x 10 inch galvanized bolts as anchors in the concrete foundation. HomeDepot should really carry the 5/8 inch J anchor bolts.
