Lectures- Onlinemeded (I feel like he isn't good enough alone to pass) and Emma holiday (youtube I like her she does a solid job) QBanks- Combank (but I heard its crap), Comquest, and Uworld (havent used these 2 yet so would appreciate any incite ...COMAT. For those of us who are bone wizards (aka DO's) and who have taken the family medicine comat, would you recommend doing the ambulatory section of uworld. I am planning to finish the FM sections of truelearn and combank for sure. Im debating whether to add it some ambulatory medicine questions. I would recommend Rosh for EORs and Uworld for final PANCE review. Uworld has longer questions better for building time management compared to Rosh IMO. No matter which one you use, both are great study tools for PANCE alone or together! I liked having Uworld to get some fresh questions after using Rosh for all of clinical year.

In terms of resources, there's always Truelearn (Combank) and Uworld but if you've been doing Amboss and Comquest, I don't think that's going to be much help. The number one resource I used during 3rd year was anki. Either way, our school requires 75th percentile to honor. Our school gives almost no weight to shelf, only need ~30th percentile on shelf with honors level clinical evals to get honors on the clerkship. Similarly, a perfect score on shelf cannot raise a high pass clinical evals to honors for the clerkship.
